Episode 1: NHL Bike/B-2 Bomber BikeThe guys of OCC have their work cut out for them with two new projects: a
B-2 Bomber bike for Northrop Grumman and one for the NHL. The company’s foundation is rocked as
Paul Sr. and
Paul Jr. go head to head in a no-holds-barred argument.
Episode 2: Woodstock/Ringling and Barnum and Bailey Circus BikesTimes are tough at the OCC shop. Now that Jr. has been fired he’s on the hunt for a new project to take up his time. Sr. is worried about the situation, but there’s no time to rest. He and the rest of the team find themselves learning to clown around at the circus, and building a bike to honor the music festival held at
Woodstock.
Episode 3: DECA Bike/Col-Met BikePaul Teutul Sr. is having some work done on the shop and in return he’s building bikes for the contracted companies,
DECA and
Col-Met. Everyone at OCC is trying to adjust to life in the shop without Paul Jr.
Mikey, Sr. and a couple of the other guys clown around at the circus.
Episode 4: Unique Machine BikeSr. takes a trip up to Alaska to research a bike and ends up meeting with Governor Sarah Palin. Then it’s off to Finland in an attempt to bring OCC to Europe. Paul Jr. decides to come back to the shop and wastes no time getting right back to work, and by the time the bike is finished he has a big surprise for Sr.
Episode 5: 10th Anniversary OCC Bike To mark the occasion of OCC’s
10th anniversary Sr. designs a bike for the masses. He’s written a new book and gets invited to ring the bell at the NYSE, and to appear on some famous late night talk shows in order to promote it. Meanwhile, Jr. has quit the company and is working on opening a women’s fashion boutique with his girlfriend Rachael.
Episode 6: Teutul Triumph Bike Paul Teutul Jr. and Paul Teutul Sr.’s relationship is rocky at best, and now that Jr. is no longer an employee of OCC, Paul Sr. tries his best to make amends. He invites Jr. and Mikey up to his house to work on a
Triumph Bike, not for a client, but just for fun. The sparks continue to fly, only this time it’s Mikey’s turn to go head to head with Sr.
Episode 7: Mountain Creek Bike Sr. is out of the shop as he continues to promote his new book on some popular talk shows. In order to keep the production of the
Mountain Creek bike running smoothly, he calls Paul Teutul Jr. in as a consultant to help out on the project. For a cause close to his heart, Sr. works with a troubled youth in an effort to help him find his way.
Episode 8: Howe Caverns The guys from OCC head to
Howe Caverns to face their fears and explore some caves deep under ground. While Paul Jr. continues his work as a consultant for OCC, he sets his sights on his own projects outside the shop. Sr. notices the distraction and once again father and son struggle to find common ground. Meanwhile Mikey Teutul hears rumours of ghosts haunting the halls of the shop and he vows to track them down.
Episode 9: Pilot Pen Bike and Ducati Bike In an effort to continue their business expansion Orange County Choppers is partnering up with industry giant Ducati. The guys in the shop are putting their
unique spin on one of these Italian bikes as they prepare to celebrate at OCC’s four day long 10th anniversary bash. Lee claims to have a hurt back, skives off work, and has some serious explaining to do when Sr. finds out. Paul Jr. continues the construction on his fashion boutique while juggling his responsibility as a consultant at OCC.
Episode 10: Jon & Kate Plus 8 Bike Jon Gosselin, of the hit series
Jon and Kate Plus 8, has commissioned the guys at Orange County Choppers to build him a bike. To get a better idea of how the father of 8 wants his bike to look, the three Teutuls take a trip to Jon and Kate’s house to see how the family of ten live. The guys are used to turning wrenches, and bending steel, so baking cookies, and babysitting children is a brand new challenge for them. With a little time off from the family, Jon makes the trip out to New York to help build his bike and gets in a little male bonding.
Episode 11: Abu Dhabi Police Bike OCC lands an important international client as they are hired to build a bike for the Abu Dhabi police department. The bike is intricate and the guys are forced to make many changes before it’s complete. Meanwhile, Jr. continues to work on his boutique as well as his newly formed design company. Seeing a good business opportunity Sr. travels to the Middle East in an attempt to expand OCC’s international reach. Mikey isn’t invited on the trip and begins to wonder about his future with the company.
Episode 12: Chesapeake Energy BikeThe guys at OCC put their skills to the test as they attempt to build the first
natural gas powered chopper. Jr. is busy getting his new company, Paul Jr. Designs, off the ground. He’s landed his first client, Coleman. He’s helping them to put a new spin on a current product. Meanwhile, Mikey is questioning his relationship with his father and his role at Orange County Choppers.
