" We wanna conduct a toothbrushing experiment."

" Scientific test, old school--"

" Okay."

" Versus new school, yeah. You see, you've got an electric toothbrush with all the frills of modern science and you've got the, you know, last century's technology."

" Okay."

" And, we brought the special liquid, I think usually for kids to encourage them to brush that tints all your teeth blue, and then when you brush, it'll clear 'em off white again. So, we're gonna use it measure on how well it took you to brush over about a minute or so."

" okay."

" Okay."

" Tell you to get something [unk]."

" Just to bring it out a little bit of swish."

" Sorry."

" Over a swish."

" Are you guys waitin' on us?"

" It's fresh mint. It's mint. You know."

" No, it's probably like a minute and a half."

" No, sorry."

" We wanna see some smurfs."

" Here we go."

" I'm still blue."

" Oh yeah."

" That's kinda blue."

" Oh man, that is blue."

" Maybe we should do that 4 or 5 more times."

" Well, who won?"

" Yeah, I don't know, we timed it, so it's a tie."

" I would actually say."

" That it's look pretty clean."

" I think it's a tie."

" You guys did great."

" You passed."

" So, she's using a normal brush and with any brush, I mean the thing that this comes from is you just want something rough, rubbing against this buildup of this molecules sticking to your teeth, bits of food, bacteria, that sort of thing. All you're trying to do is rub it off, and you could be using sand for all that tooth care."

" If you're a really vigorous regular brusher, you're gonna get the same amount of brushing, and you saw them both of them did clear the way most of where the plaque would have been. The other thing to remember is that it's not just about scraping off your teeth. It's about the boundary between your teeth and gum, and so, when you use an electric toothbrush, you're supposed to be focusing right on that boundary layer because you don't want these bacteria to go into your body, and that's the place where they can go in."
