" You're fighting a losing battle in conditions as dry as this. You need to keep moving and get rescued."

" Watch out. There's no viper and these guys might look small, but do not underestimate them. They're often more deadly than the bigger ones. The reason for that is when they're juveniles, they can't control the amount of venom they inject, and therefore, if they hit you, they're gonna give you the full shot. Actually, there was this 6-year-old girl, got bitten by one of these on the ankle, got to the hospital, 12 hours later, she was dead. Do not underestimate these guys."

" I'm leaving him alone and go. Even when you feel ill, you still have to eat. Scorpions are an easy meal, but when you're in a weakened state, they become a much more dangerous adversary."

" There is a scorpion. You see this guy? And actually, this is a Death Stalker scorpion. These are nasty ones, and actually these can be lethal, and actually just across the border in Iran, there were some soldiers out on patrol. They wake up in the morning, looked under their tent and there were 17 scorpions there. They had enough venom between them to kill a cow. You do not wanna mess with these guys. Let's just take his sting off. And look, there you go, you see him striking me and that's what they do, grab you at his pincers and then wham! But, you know, when you're not feeling 100%, you've got to still keep the energy going in and this is energy. 90% protein in this and this is fine to eat. It takes just like he looks, nasty! Okay."

" Your body needs water for digestion. Without it, it's best to eat little and often or you'll risk speeding up the dehydration process. Use the cool of the night to conserve my energy. You'll sweat less."
