" Straight out the stream you can eat him. Ohh. Fresh. Like this, just take his head off, and then get the guts out. And if there are gonna be parasites, as most of those will be, a good rinse, and then really the rest of that is good to eat. Chewy, sushi, and delicious. One thing that's smart to do when you've been eating any food in bear territory is just to really wash your hands and anything that's been in contact with food. Wash it really well. You know, bears have an incredible sense of smell and I don't want any fishy odor around me."

" There you go. Come over here. I've got a little salamander. Get him in these chopsticks and wanna be a little careful not to touch the skin of this. She secretes some poison out of it, but you know, it is a pretty clear indicator nature gives you of something bad, very brightly colored, yellow spots, doesn't move very fast, you know. It's not gonna bite you or anything, which means it's gonna have some sort of defense, and its defense is a poison it releases, so you don't want to eat that, but kinda beautiful as well, eh? Okay, let him go."
" From this vantage point. I can see a way down to the lower reaches of the mountain, but the route is anything but easy."
