" It was a long cold night last night, but the sun's come up and that always makes me feel better. I could definitely do something hot for breakfast, but what I mostly got is this plastic bottle, and wherever you are in the world there always seem to be plastic, but if you haven't got anything to bottle water in you can actually just use a plastic bottle and all you need is to fill it up with water and the water inside, it will stop the plastic from melting and if you got a cap as well that's even better coz' then you can fill right up and then when you boil that it gonna act like a pressure cooker and boil even faster. I've got a trick how to boil."

" I've kept the fish head from last night for a basic breakfast. To boil water in a bottle, I need to make a tripod and then suspend it above the fire"

" and then just hang this over here and as long as you keep it moving, that bottle's not gonna melt."

" As the heat makes the water molecules more active the water expands, swelling the bottle."

" The fish head soup looked very dark and it doesn't look the most appetizing of breakfast, but there's gonna be lots of good nutrition in the head, and that these eyeballs are edible."

" In some countries, these are a delicacy. I can't see why, but a"

" it works."
