America and Canada

There are two ways to holiday on your bike – buy a map and take your own wheels or fly to your destination and join a tour with rental bikes. Either way, there are loads of options in America and Canada.

Riding up the California coast from Los Angeles to San Francisco is a popular choice – or how about taking in Route 66, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas? Some tour operators organise trips out of Miami to cover hundreds of miles of Florida, while top Canadian destinations include travelling from the British Columbia coast to the Rockies.

Tours of Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast also offer some spectacular scenery. Even the Hawaiian Islands offer organised tours – one example is a three-island, seven-day trip where they encourage riders to bring their families.

Wherever you go in the US or Canada, you’ll find it hard to resist the temptation to ride a Harley.
