This British-built machine is best described as a road-going off-roader – it’s basically an enduro with road wheels and tyres. It’s Britain’s response to the iconic KTM Duke – the bike that can claim to have started the genre that is now known as Supermoto.
The R30 features a 644cc Suzuki engine retuned to feel more responsive across the rev range. It’s a simple machine that’s very addictive to ride and provides enormous fun given the relatively small 52bhp power it delivers.
Not strictly an off-roader, but a variation on the theme that’s grown into a category of its own.
