interactive maphigh camps

The route to the High Camps is filled with pure snow and winds. The high camps extend around 25,000 feet / 7500 metres on the North Ridge. Campsites are perched on small ridges that must be manually cleared. The campsites are open to wind coming from the west and northwest, making them dangerous to walk around and difficult to sleep in.
