Criminalists

The people responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting forensic evidence, criminalists work at the coal face of unsolved crime. Skilled in a variety of disciplines and specialisms, criminalist’s jobs vary from studying everyday items to examining bullets and documents.

 

For around a century, they have painstakingly gathered information from a huge variety of sources, providing evidence which has brought the police one step closer to identifying and convicting perpetrators of crime.
