Meet the Guys - Lee Stamper

Lee Stamper is a self-confessed adrenaline junkie from Moorehead City on North Carolina's Cape Hatteras. Lee grew up riding waves and soon switched to riding bikes.

In 1990, Lee sold his landscaping business in North Carolina and moved to Virginia to take an assembly line job. Watching the welders, he decided he could do that, taught himself, took the test and passed it. Two days later, he called Randy Simpson and asked for a job.

Randy refused at first, but Lee's persistence paid off. He started by sweeping, shipping parts and welding, but soon earned everyone's trust and respect.

Lee’s specialities are welding and fabricating, but he's quick to point out that Randy and Gary are always open to design collaboration.
