It's time to give the OCC bikes a little extra edge for none other than Hollywood Tonight Show host, Jay Leno. The star has asked for a modern version of his favourite classic - the 1939 Brough Superior.

Every part of this bike promises to be special - based on a classic style combined with modern mechanics. Even the number plate has special significance, commemorating Jay Leno's first appearance on the Tonight Show. However, back at OCC, the excitement quickly fades when Paul Jnr discovers the bike frame is too small to accommodate the oil tank.

Everything seems to be against the guys when it comes to assembling the parts for Jay Leno's chopper. The late nights, technical difficulties and tight deadlines make Vinnie, Christian and Paul Jnr all get a little stressed out - and if you are a regular fan of American Chopper, you know that can only spell trouble.

When the parts come back from the painter with a thick layer of powder coating, the guys find the bike just won't fit together. All three are so exhausted and ready to call it a night, until they get a call from Jay Leno. Paul Jnr isn't about to tell Jay they were having problems fitting the bike together so, with only hours to go until the trip out to LA, Paul Jnr and Vinnie are forced to burn the midnight oil in order to win a big rating from the king of late night TV.

A slight problem with the wrong size transmission offset sets the team back but, hey, everyone makes mistakes and we are sure Paul Jnr will forgive Vinnie for messing up sometime soon!

The time comes to present Jay Leno his bike live on air. This will be his very first viewing of the bike, which means nerves and excitement set in for Paul Jnr and Snr very quickly. If he didn't like the bike - everyone in America would soon know about it. Thankfully, the boys don't let Jay down.
